This app is completely unreliable. I ended up stranded at home for 2 days with no water while my kids were with me. No bathroom, no cooking, no hygiene. Customer care is a useless . There's no backup plan if this app fails. you will not get water even with your money they didn't have emergency plan for people they got issue

the service through app is the worst one. App doesn't work at all. who ll notice all the comments and atleast try to solve the issues. everyone cannot go to nama water service and pay the bill bi monthly or monthly.
