AetherSet: AI Workout Tracker

AetherSet pairs a full-featured gym workout tracker with an AI coach that actually knows your training.

Ask it anything about your own lifts and it answers from your real logged data — not generic advice. Tell it what equipment you have, how many days you can train and what you're working toward, and it builds you a complete workout or a full multi-week routine you can save, edit and start straight away. It reads your volume, your strength trends and your weak points, and it replies in your language.

The AI is only as good as what it knows, so the rest of the app is built to feed it: every set, every drop set, every RPE, every measurement.
