toPDF: JPG to PDF & Compress

Scan, convert, compress and sign your documents without sending them anywhere. toPDF is a PDF toolkit that works offline, needs no login and keeps your files on your phone.

Made for everyday paperwork: turn photos into a PDF, scan a certificate, shrink a file to fit an upload limit, prepare every document an exam form asks for, or hide your Aadhaar number before you share a copy.

YOUR FILES STAY PRIVATE
• All processing happens on your device. Your photos, scans and PDFs are never uploaded.
• No account, no sign-up, no login.
• Every tool works without internet.

CREATE AND CONVERT
• Image to PDF: pick JPG or PNG photos, reorder, rotate and crop, choose page size and margins.
• Document scanner: automatic edge detection and clean-up, using Google's on-device ML Kit scanner.
• PDF to images: save every page, or the pages you pick, as JPG or PNG.
• ID card on one page: front and back of a card on a single A4 page, at actual card size.

COMPRESS AND RESIZE
• Compress to a target size: shrink a PDF or JPG to about 50, 100, 200 or 500 KB, or set your own limit.
• Photo and signature resizer: presets for common exam and form sizes.
• Make it fit: one tap to resize and compress a file until it meets a form's limit.
• Batch compress (Pro): compress many files in one go.

ORGANIZE AND EDIT
• Merge PDFs and set the order.
• Split and extract pages.
• Organize pages: reorder, rotate and delete pages.
• Page numbers and watermark: add page numbers or a text watermark (custom watermark is Pro).

PROTECT AND SIGN
• Mask Aadhaar / ID: finds Aadhaar, PAN and phone numbers in a photo or PDF and covers them (Aadhaar keeps the last 4 digits), or cover any area yourself.
• Lock and unlock PDF (Pro): add or remove a password.
• Sign PDF (Pro): draw your signature and place it on any page.
• Copy text (OCR): read text from photos, scans and PDFs in English and Hindi. Sharing the text and saving a searchable PDF are Pro.

EXAM DOCUMENT KIT
Pick your exam and toPDF lists what the form needs: photo, signature, marksheet and ID proof, each with its size limit. Prepare each one and see at a glance what is ready. Presets cover forms such as SSC, UPSC, NEET, JEE, IBPS and bank exams, RRB, passport and PAN applications.
Presets follow published limits, but rules change, so always check the latest official notification. toPDF is not affiliated with any government body or exam authority.

ALSO
• Hindi and English app language.
• Share to toPDF or use Open with from other apps.
• Home screen widget and quick settings tile.
• Files are saved to Download/toPDF. No watermark is added to your output.
