Detoxie is an app designed to help you manage and reduce time spent on Instagram Reels and the Explore page. It tracks the time and displays your todos with your dream vision picture on reels, once the time is up.


What The App Does:

Automated Usage Tracking: Automatically detects and tracks the time you spend scrolling through Reels.

Customizable Daily Limits: Set a personal daily time limit to stay in control of your usage.

Personalized Reminders: When your time is up, a full-screen reminder appears. This screen displays your own to-do list and a motivational photo to gently guide you away from the app.

Privacy by Design:

Detoxie operates entirely on your device. No user data, usage statistics, or personal content is ever collected, stored on servers, or shared. The app works completely offline and requires no account.

Required Permissions:

Accessibility Service: Used only to identify when the Instagram Reels or Explore page is active to accurately track time. It does not read or store any personal content.

Overlay Permission: Used only to display your personalized reminder screen over the Instagram app once your time limit is reached.
