Privacy First & Permissions We Use
To help you stay focused and limit distractions, DetoxMe requires the following permissions. Your privacy is our top priority: all of your app usage data is stored strictly on your own device and is never uploaded or shared.

Usage Access: Allows us to track your screen time so we know when you've reached your set limits. We only measure time spent; we never track what you do inside those apps.

Display Over Other Apps: This allows our "Block Screen" to instantly pop up over distracting apps the exact moment your time limit is reached.

See All Apps: Allows us to show a list of your installed apps so you can choose exactly which ones you want to restrict.

Run in Background (Foreground Service): Keeps our tracking timer running accurately without your phone's battery saver shutting it down during an active detox session.

Notifications: Shows a persistent status bar icon while a detox is active, keeping you informed that your time limits are currently being enforced.

Billing: Allows for secure in-app purchases via Google Play if you choose to upgrade to premium features.
