Digicap

Digicap is a program initiated in Loire-Atlantique by the Nantes University Hospital (CHU de Nantes) that aims to support patients in better preventing recurrences and complications after hospitalization for a stroke or cerebrovascular event.

The application provides free, simple, and useful tools for daily health monitoring, information sharing with healthcare professionals, and risk prevention.
