2026-08-09	Pa*****	Major bug exists, when viewing camera feed you cannot GO BACK. Swiping to go back does nothing. Also this bug occurs on the subscription presentation screen as well. Please fix.

2026-08-09	To*****	app is extremely unstable. works sometimes and other times it doesn't. have an ongoing ticket with support regarding my playback videos for my luma and it sometimes records a video and sometimes it just shows a picture even though I pay the damn subscription AI fee for it. most likely won't renew my subscription because it's proven to be worthless. update:they ghosted me. it's been 5 days and I've emailed them twice. will not renew my subscription and will replace this POS litterbox.

2026-08-07	Ge*****	Using the app with a Dockstream fountain. The notifications that I care about - cleaning/filter reminders - only appear about 50% of the time, which makes them kind of useless. The app has the necessary permissions, but just doesn't send notifications. Also, it would be helpful if the reminder notifications (as an option) repeated daily while the error condition exists, for those times that one forgets to go actually clean the machine.

2026-08-07	Ka*****	I noticed for the past 2 weeks that one of the feeders kept failing to alert me that it was empty. Now this morning I find out every Petlibro device I own (5) is saying it's disconnected and refusing to reconnect, with no notifications. I didn't buy expensive smart feeders to have them all disconnect and fail to alert me about it.

2026-08-07	Ky*****	Just getting started with this app and right away I'm already extremely annoyed with the endless prompts for the cloud subscription. I can't click on any of my SD Card saved videos without needing to go through TWO full screen ads for the cloud service. These are unavailable when starting from the app home page. EDIT: Still pretty abysmal. The UI for navigation of local SD card recordings is an absolute mess. Probably intentionally to push towards the subscription service.

2026-08-05	Ca*****	The app is constantly telling me it's disconnected from the fountain despite nothing changing. It won't reconnected under the circumstances it asks for. So, I can't reset the cleaning, see the water level, or reset the filter. And the fountain blinks angrily despite maintaining all of those because I can't reset it on the app.

I want safety from the luma, and to keep out the other pets from the rfid feeders. and it tracks well. Just make sure they are fairly spaced or you may get one pet who's hogging to be in the way and read as them for the water fountain. over all the app is smart. im getting the new graduar dual feeder2& 3 scout camera.

2026-08-04	Sa*****	App just suddenly stopped working after the longest time and wouldn't reconnect after trouble shooting. The fountain still works but it was nice to know how much water my cat was drinking. I'm also genuinely worried this thing will shut off randomly now don't waste your money on these products.
