Very frustrating trying to get this thing to calibrate. I've been trying for 2 days now and keep getting the same error message that I need to remove the tank, even though the tank is not placed on the base. I've reset it, uninstall and reinstalled it, unplugged for about 20 seconds and still won't work.

I had to remove the existing device from the app to connect to a new wifi. Now the app doesn't let you reconnect to the feeder device anymore. Even under my previous home wifi. This must be a joke!!!

The app works halfway after not even a year. After almost a year of working ok, it stopped registering water level. Followed instructions from support to re-calibrate the tank, kept on getting timeout errors when clicking on 'Calibrate'. After many attempts,resetting to factory settings, unbinding the device, re-installing the app, and recalibrating (finally worked after all that), the water level on the app still shows there's no water in the tank. I'll continue using it manually. Disappointed.
