2026-08-12	Jo*****	I had a very frustrating experience with Deputy. I repeatedly communicated that I wanted to cancel the Deputy HR subscription and contacted their Support team for assistance. I followed the instructions I was given and attempted to cancel through the Deputy platform, but I was unable to successfully complete the cancellation. Despite my communications and attempts to cancel, the subscription remained active and I continued to be charged.
