Depo Planner

Depo Planner is the planning app for delivery and sorting depots. Planners create the daily schedule, employees submit their availability and immediately see where they stand. FOR EMPLOYEES

• Indicate per day and per shift whether you are available, unavailable, or on standby
• View your scheduled shifts as soon as the schedule is published
• Accept or decline a shift, including a reason
• Enter your worked hours, including breaks and comments
• Request leave for an extended period
• Receive messages from your planner and respond to them

FOR PLANNERS AND TEAM LEADERS

• Compile the daily schedule on a clear planning board
• See at a glance who is available and who is already scheduled
• Publish the schedule when it is ready, not before
• Link vehicles to trips
• Check and correct entered hours
• Send messages to the entire team or to a single employee
• View per employee who worked when, and export to CSV

FOR THE OWNER

• Manage employees, roles, and vehicles
• Set the house rules that new employees see the first time they arrive
• Track in the logbook who made which change

BUILT FOR THE PRACTICE

The app recognizes the roles that exist at a depot: delivery driver, sorter, planner, team leader, and owner. Everyone sees exactly what belongs to their role, nothing more.

Delivery drivers work with a morning and an evening run, sorters with a morning and an afternoon shift. Sunday is set as a closed day by default and can be opened on a daily basis.

Available in Dutch, English, and Arabic.

PRIVACY

Depo Planner does not track your location, neither during nor outside working hours. It contains no advertising or tracking technology. Data from different companies is strictly separated; this is enforced at the database level.
