DENS supports dentists quickly and easily when ordering, installing, setting up and commissioning TI equipment.

As a DVO, DENS looks after over 2000 dental practices throughout Germany and is therefore very familiar with all the devices available on the market.

If an error or problem occurs in the TI, you can take a picture of the error message and use this app to send it to DENS in order to request suitable solutions free of charge.

So if an error message appears on the connector, card terminal or screen and you do not have time to deal with it and contact our hotline, then simply take a quick photo of the message and send it to DENS, if necessary at a later time, using the app.

After receiving the request, our support will automatically contact you with helpful information on how you should react to the error or the message.
