Provides rotten items, and on complaint tells them to store the rotten item for 2 days for proof during replacement. Finally neither replacement nor refund is provided. Absolutely frustrated by the experience. Will definitely not order again.

2022-02-05	Pa*****	If any item is missing in any order under order customer is not able to see the missing item to track or cannot initiate refund from there.They need to call at customer care number and manually customer has to track everything.Also the minimum order value is very high i.e Rs.1000. Also during last year even if the amount was more than 1000 still they charged Delivery fee at the time of payment though in main order page it was showing as free... lack of transparency...

2021-06-24	Fl*****	For everything from cancelling/modifying an order to return/refund they ask to call/email their customer care team. And fun fact is, most of the time they don't reply to mails or receive calls. And with this incompetency they are running a business !!!! Amazing🙄. My first order is my last with them, for sure. *Reply to app team : Ask your owners to upgrade delybazar's overall service (specially customer service) instead of posting copy-paste replies on play store. Thanks.

2021-06-09	De*****	I am giving it 5.. as personally I am satisfied with the service they have provided so far.. order was on time, fish /chicken quality was quite upto the mark, hassle-free payments. And the best part is unlike other popular alternatives , the availability of slots are pretty convenient.I get all the items the next day itself. Yes there are scope of improvement.App can be more user-friendly, vegitables stocks can be better,and price is bit high, still think they don't deserve to be rated only 3.

When I made order , there was no delivery charge shown, ( it was written delivery charge free) but as I continue and confirmed, all of a sudden Rs. 65 added to the sum total as delivery charge. 2020-09-15	Ad*****	The service is pathetic. They haved missed to deliver an item. I have raised the ticket but there was no response on it for 15 days. Post which I followed up with them on their whatsapp no for refund. But I didn't get the refund even after one month despite following up for 4-5 times with them. They don't bother to give prompt service and forget about getting any refund. Other renowned apps like bigbasket, grofer is far better than them and at least they don't cheat with your payment.

2020-08-15	Sw*****	Most of the items were rotten or old and covered with fungus. I had to keep them at home for 3 more days as the reverse pick up happened after multiple follow ups from my side.. Totally no to this app.... lack of communication and very slow refunds (10-15 days). The grofers app is much better than this app..

2020-07-24	De*****	1)Most of the branded products are not available. 2)no option in time slot selection and date selection. 3) you cannot search for any product as the search option doesn't work. 4) you cannot change the quantity of veggies and fruits. You have to buy the fixed amount of quantity that is there in the app.

I frequently order food, though would prefer ordering fresh non veg items more as with age home cooked food is preferred on daily basis!! So I came across this app and tried out! I ordered chicken legs, katapona fish head, macher dim, ayr fish and Kochi patha! All items were good and fresh except the fish, which was stale!! Please do a check before delivery!
