Recent reviews

Not at all customer friendly. Takes high rates for processed fish, but actually did nothing other than to put in a box. Provides rotten items, and on complaint tells them to store the rotten item for 2 days for proof during replacement. Finally neither replacement nor refund is provided. Absolutely frustrated by the experience. Will definitely not order again.

If any item is missing in any order under order customer is not able to see the missing item to track or cannot initiate refund from there.They need to call at customer care number and manually customer has to track everything.Also the minimum order value is very high i.e Rs.1000. Also during last year even if the amount was more than 1000 still they charged Delivery fee at the time of payment though in main order page it was showing as free... lack of transparency...
