They'll snooker you into promising you the moon and never deliver. Speaking of never deliver... I spent $800 to have this bike delivered to my door after months and months of waiting. 2023-12-05	Si*****	Delfast's tech support is terrible. The app is horrible. It takes weeks for them to answer the least, sometimes months. You'd think that a bike with such a high price tag would have better customer service, but unfortunately, it doesn't. The bike is nice, but the customer service is not there.

2022-06-04	el*****	app doesn't function as described on the website, the bike itself is flawed, I'm going to have to spend my time and money because these imbeciles didn't close up the housing for the wiring and battery, multiple openings, no rubber gaskets on side panels, hoping the control system which I think is on the bottom of the bike is waterproofed (still testing that with their tech dep.), I think all the screws are not stainless steel ones so get lube to stop rust.
