These unscrupulous people praying on the uninformed. And I happen to be one of them. Don't even consider buying a bike from these idiots. They'll snooker you into promising you the moon and never deliver. Speaking of never deliver... I spent $800 to have this bike delivered to my door after months and months of waiting. I then found out that I could pick it up in a warehouse where it's been sitting for 2 weeks. If you're considering a DelFast... Word to the wise DON'T !!!RUNAWAY!! FAST!!

Delfast's tech support is terrible. The app is horrible. It takes weeks for them to answer the least, sometimes months. You'd think that a bike with such a high price tag would have better customer service, but unfortunately, it doesn't. The bike is nice, but the customer service is not there.
