Turn your pre-trip scramble into a calm, collected ritual with CaseClip. The app opens to a lovingly detailed vintage suitcase lid where you pin adhesive task notes directly onto the cream fabric interior. Each travel task appears as a luggage-tag-shaped note you create by filling in a simple form and tapping “Pin Task.” Priority is instantly visible through colored washi tape strips across the top edge, with red signaling urgent items, orange for important ones, and yellow for flexible reminders. You can assign a due date that stamps onto the card in blue ink and optionally label the task with a destination that appears as a tiny pin icon beside the location name. The Board tab serves as your dashboard, where two brass luggage tags hanging from the suitcase handle display your total task count and upcoming dues at a glance, while a mini preview list shows the next three deadlines. From the Tasks tab you can scroll through your full active list, swipe to edit or delete any note, and search to find exactly what you need. When you complete a task, it moves to the Done tab and transforms into a slightly faded, partially peeled note with a validated ticket-style hole-punch cutout in the corner, never a checkmark. A handy “Clear All” button lets you archive finished items and keep your workspace tidy. Everything is saved locally on your device using offline-first storage, so your packing lists, booking reminders, and itinerary prep stay private and available wherever you are, even without a connection. The bottom navigation uses four miniature suitcase lock tabs mounted on a dark leather strap, giving you an instant tactile switch between Board, Tasks, Add, and Done screens with no delays. CaseClip replaces sticky notes, cluttered to-do apps, and forgotten errands with a focused, satisfying system that feels like arranging your trip inside heirloom luggage.
