You need e-banking access to use the app in full. Your access to the mobile banking app must be activated once in e-banking. You also define your personal mobile banking password in e-banking. For security reasons, you must register each mobile device to use the app. You can manage your mobile devices independently in e-banking.

- Keep your mobile password secret and always enter it secretly.
- Activate the code lock on your mobile device to prevent unauthorized persons from gaining access to your data.
- Security gaps are often closed with software updates. Therefore, update the operating system and all apps regularly and always use the latest software versions.
- Do not jail break your mobile devices and only use apps from the official stores.
