Use the app to view balances, statements, credit card and loan summaries, manage certificate and time deposits, perform EGP transfers (within and outside BDC), and pay credit card bills — including cards from other banks. The app also helps you locate the nearest BDC branch or ATM and provides easy access to support (call 16990) and registration details.

Security and legal safeguards are built in: online actions require strong passwords and confidentiality, and transfers to other accounts or non-BDC card settlements use an OTP token per Central Bank of Egypt regulations. To use the app you must be registered for BDC internet banking; visit a branch to enroll. By downloading, you consent to app installation and updates; uninstall to withdraw consent.
