Approval gets declined by itself after visiting the bank multiple times they said they can't do anything. I will never recommend Deutsche bank to anyone. service is very poor specially in Alexandraplatz. Extremely disappointed

19 Jun 2026 - Such simple implementation, but still no update. 13 Dec 2025 - 3* I am reducing 1* each month this is not resolved. I was about to make a 2nd transfer now, because I forgot this issue and the app was not able to the - 300 euros I paid already. 7 Dec 2025 - 4* Big improvement. Please correct the transaction search function to be able to search negatives amounts. Only work around is to make the upper limtit zero, but this then includes all the debits which unables an adequate search!
