Serina Approvals

Serina Approvals is the official mobile companion for Serina SaaS — an enterprise-grade invoice approval workflow platform used by finance, procurement and operations teams. The app is designed for business users who need to review and approve supplier invoices while away from their desk.

This is a B2B enterprise application. It is intended only for employees of organisations that subscribe to Serina SaaS and have been issued login credentials by their company administrator. The app is not useful without an active Serina SaaS tenant.

WHAT YOU CAN DO
• See every invoice waiting for your approval in one consolidated inbox.
• Review the full invoice — vendor, PO number, amount, line items and supporting PDF — without leaving the app.
• Approve or reject with a single tap. Add comments, mandatory for rejections.
• Track overdue items with colour-coded SLA indicators (Safe / Warning / Overdue).
• See the full approval journey — who approved what, when, and from which channel (mobile, portal or email).
• Monitor workflow progress through a live dashboard with pending, approved, overdue and rejected KPIs, plus a breakdown by vendor.
• View the original invoice PDF rendered natively on device.
• Multi-tenant: switch between the client instances you are entitled to (e.g. Alef Group, EHG, Rove) without logging out.
• Secure login with email and password, plus optional email-based OTP second factor.
• Automatic session refresh so long-lived sessions do not interrupt work.
• Light and dark themes.

WHO IT IS FOR
• Approvers, cost-centre owners, finance controllers and department heads who participate in a multi-level invoice approval hierarchy.
• Companies using Serina SaaS for AP automation, 3-way matching (Invoice + PO + GRN), utility invoice processing and approval orchestration.

SECURITY AND PRIVACY
• All traffic to the Serina backend runs over HTTPS.
• Credentials are never stored in plaintext on device — only rotating JWT access tokens and refresh tokens, kept in the app's private storage.
• On logout, all tokens and cached user data are wiped.
• The app does not show ads, does not sell data, and does not share data with third parties. Every byte of data flows only between the device and your company's Serina SaaS tenant.
• Account and data deletion is handled by your company's Serina administrator — contact your AP / IT team.
