Pumpslink

Pumpslink Energies is a mobile operations app for modern filling stations and station retail shops. It helps authorized staff record fuel sales, run shop POS transactions, manage inventory, track credit customers, print receipts, and synchronize branch data with the cloud.

Benefits

Offline Capability
Fuel manual entries and shop sales can be saved offline when internet connectivity is unavailable. The app stores pending records locally and allows them to be reviewed in the Sync Center. When internet returns, records can be synchronized to the cloud. Offline receipts are marked as provisional until confirmed by backend synchronization.

Security
Pumpslink uses authenticated user accounts, role-based permissions, branch assignment, secure token storage, audit information, and controlled access to business modules. Users only access the branches and operations assigned to them by their organization.

Reporting and Cloud Sync
Transactions, sales, credit records, inventory changes, and receipts are synchronized to the Pumpslink backend when online. The web dashboard provides reporting, downloadable records, and business oversight for organization administrators.

Permissions
Camera access is used for bar-code scanning in shop POS and product setup. Bluetooth access is used to connect to supported thermal receipt printers. Notification access is used for operational alerts. Internet access is required for login, cloud sync, reporting, and account security features.
