Confuddle: How to play
Confuddle is just like the popular word puzzle you know and love! Except you play two words at a time. On the same board.
You have unlimited guesses, but still try to win with as few guesses as possible!
Clues are given for both words at a time;
GREEN - If ONE OR MORE of the solutions contains this letter in this position
YELLOW - If ONE OR MORE of the solutions contains this letter, but NONE of the solutions have it in this position
GRAY - NONE of the words have this letter anywhere.
If one word has one E and another has another E, for example, then if your guess has two Es, both will be highlighted.
CORRECT GUESSES will be outlined with pale green, and will update the clues for your past guesses. If a word is all green, but not outlined with pale green, it is not one of the solutions.

- Daily Mode
Play a unique game every day! Dailies are the same for everyone, so you can compare your stats with others.
• Unique daily game for each settings configuration; number of solutions and limited/unlimited list
• Don't worry, you are still free to use the hint feature as much as you want!
• Giving up or going above the guess limit will count as a loss
• The game keeps track of how you solved each daily, and you can view previous dailies by tapping your stat bars
• Saves your progress so you can safely close the app while in the middle of a daily

- Practice Mode
Play unlimited, randomly generated games! Learn the best starting word(s), and strategies for eliminating as many words as possible.
• No stats to make you feel bad for using too many guesses
• Share custom games with others, or even randomly generated games that you come across that you found interesting or difficult
• Automatically saves practice games

- Frenzy Mode
Race against the clock to complete as many games as you can! You get 5 minutes; each correct guess gives you 1 point, and each completed game gives you bonus points depending on how few guesses you made.
• Slight auto correct feature can catch some of your mis-taps when trying to type fast; only works when the current input is invalid
• Starts as soon as you press OK
• Keeps track of your best score
• Does not save your progress; only your best score
• No way to pause; be sure you can stay focused for 5 minutes before you start a game

- Endless Mode
Keep going as each correct guess replaces the found solution with a new one! Previous guesses will start being removed once you find a second solution.
• Keeps track of how many total guesses and correct solutions found
• Saves your progress every guess
• It may help to pay attention to previous clues before making a correct guess, because as soon as you get one solution, all guesses up to the previous correct solution will be erased

- Universal features
There are several features that are available in any gameplay mode! There may even be a few not mentioned in this list.
• Dynamic hints depending on your current input guess
• Zoom level and keyboard height settings
• Hard mode lets you only guess possible solutions
• Unlimited list includes many, many more words, including very uncommon words; also includes words that may be inappropriate
• Tap a tile in your previous guesses to highlight a column, showing on the keyboard what letters can and can't go in that slot
• Tap your currently selected tile to lock/unlock the cursor
• Invalid words are highlighted dark red, while valid words outside the possible solutions selection are highlighted light red

While the app is currently available only in English, there are word lists for 5 languages:
- Deutsch
- English (US)
- Español
- Esperanto
- Français

Please note that these word lists are experimental and not edited by a fluent speaker. Some words may not be accepted.
