Having issues with charging my Tavascan with the MyCupra App. Schedules set in car, but when activated in the app it does not charge or only draws 2.1 kW and not the full 7 kW output of the charger. Contacted Cupra customer services by phone & also emailed with other issues including Connected Travel Assist. Car says I do not have a valid licence? That was 5 days ago. No response at all. Very disappointed. I expected more.

The app is unfortunately a complete disappointment: 1. my car constantly shows as unlocked when it isn't 2. there is no option too record a trip journal which makes this car very unattractive for business use (I will now need to keep an Excel sheet of all my trips - what an unnecessary use of time) 3. Cannot program the car to warm up at a certain time in the morning. I had a Volvo before and all these features were available, so it's not an impossible demand.
