Laggy and very hard to connect my car to it, even for the most simple tasks. It takes very long for it to open and it has a few seconds delay.

The app is poor. Not reliable and very slow with updates. I have a 74 plate ateca. I'm very disappointed. What is also annoying is that you can turn the GPS off in the car. Imagine somebody stealing my car, and all they have to do is deactivate it when in the vehicle 😐 40K plus for a car, and the app does not even connect properly 😐
