SubClock: Fair Play Timer

Coaching a youth team and trying to give every kid fair minutes? SubClock does the rotation for you.

Add your players, choose how many are on the field and how long each shift lasts, and tap Kick Off. SubClock picks a random first group, starts a big countdown, and always has the next group lined up. When the clock hits zero, it buzzes, flashes SWAP, and shows exactly who's coming off and who's going in.

FAIR BY DESIGN
• Random first lineup, then the kids with the fewest minutes go in next
• Bench kids win ties, so nobody sits twice in a row
• See every player's minutes at any time

BUILT FOR THE SIDELINE
• A huge countdown ring kids can read from the bench
• Clear OFF and IN badges, so kids get ready on their own
• Prop a tablet on the bench as a scoreboard-sized display
• The screen stays awake for the whole game

YOU'RE STILL THE COACH
• Someone tired? Drag them off the field and drag a bench kid on. The swap happens instantly, and minutes stay fair
• Tap any kid to swap them now, keep them on, or put a bench kid in next
• Every kid going in sees who they're replacing ("for Liam"), so they know whose name to call
• Pick your starters, or let SubClock choose
• Uncheck kids who didn't make it, and they're left out of the rotation
• Pause, swap early, or shuffle who's up next

ALWAYS IN VIEW
• The countdown and who's going in stay in your notifications, and on a Wear OS watch
• Pause the clock right from the notification
• Swap alerts even when your phone is in your pocket
