Voltas Vcare

Voltas Vcare is the 2025 in-house Android app built for Voltas UPBG technicians to streamline field service workflows. Key features include serial number barcode scanning, online DOP verification, photo capture of serials/invoices/parts, digital customer signatures, closure codes (happy/unhappy), gas-leak position images, part/labour coverage checks, previous-visit lookup, PM schedule checks, BOM with part prices, labour-rate charts and attendance capture.

The app runs on Android 5.0+ and connects with Voltas UPBG CRM using a technician user ID and password. Designed strictly for internal use, Voltas Vcare enhances accuracy, reduces paperwork, and speeds up call closures for authorized in-house service teams (not a consumer app).
