CTK ITSM

The CTK ITSM App is the mobile companion app for the CTK ITSM system and is designed for employees of CTK customers who want to manage their service and time tracking processes on the go.

App features:

• Manage tickets
Create, view, and edit support tickets directly from your smartphone. Keep track of the status of your own cases at all times.

• Time tracking
Easily record working hours on your mobile device – including clocking in/out, if this feature is enabled for your company.

• Absences
Request and manage absences and view the current approval status.

• Approvals
Authorized users can review and approve pending requests directly in the app.

• Device and customer management
Search customer data and linked devices quickly and easily.

• Dashboard
All important information at a glance – customizable to your needs.

Requirement: Valid access to a CTK ITSM server at your company. This app is not a standalone product; it integrates with your employer's existing ITSM infrastructure.
