CTE is a sinking ship; it is headed for bankruptcy in the near future and is currently keeping itself afloat solely by withholding buyers' funds. They care about nothing but money; they turn a deaf ear to bidders, and their customer service is 3rd class. A CTE employee commits an error, yet the bidder is the one who has to bear the consequences. My account was blocked due to misinformation provided by CTE. Their system is abysmal, and their sole focus is on the bidders' mone.
