Despite repeated follow-ups, there was no clear timeline or proper resolution. Customer support, executives, and even managers often provided vague responses and kept asking me to wait. The lack of communication, accountability, and professionalism resulted in a significant waste of time and effort. Before purchasing any package, I strongly advise dealers to think properly.
