User Reviews

User sentiment is mixed: several reviews praise the easy login and simple punch-in/out when the app works, but many report reliability issues. The top pain points are geofence/location accuracy blocking punches, onboarding/login troubles, punch-out errors and confusing UI, plus privacy concerns about location and storage permissions. There are also reports of crashes and poor performance on older devices. Overall, users want a more reliable, privacy-conscious, and intuitive experience with clearer success/failure feedback for punches.
Pros
  • Simple login flow using phone number and employer code.
  • Clock-in/clock-out is quick and simple when the app functions.
  • The app is designed for time-tracking and location-based check-ins.
Cons
  • Location/geofence reliability issues (often reports of needing to be within 200 ft) prevent clock-in/clock-out even when users are at the site.
  • Frequent login/onboarding problems (difficulty logging in, registering, or password issues).
  • Clock-in/clock-out reliability problems (unconfirmed errors, spinning UI, or loops when signing out).
  • Privacy and permission concerns (permissions for storage and location tracking raise user alarms).
  • App instability and compatibility issues (bugs, 'cannot configure' errors, and poor support on older devices).
Recent reviews
This is a wonderful app. Makes it Easier for everyone. Just log in using your number and the code your employer gives you. Then when you are at the work location turn on location and check in and check out it's that easy and simple. I give this app 5+ STARS 🌟

Can't always log in, and always says that I'm logging over 200 ft from my post, even if I'm standing right on my corners
