used to love this phone carrier but now you cannot even talk to customer service unless you have a PIN code and if you forget that PIN code you might as well forget it. My screen broke and I had no way to get any codes or reset anything, therefore no one would help me! absolutely NO HELP with nothing or anything to do with your account. except for paying a bill. In-store customer service is just as bad! lost my phone number due to this carrier! ugh!

I had no problem setting up the free trial. my phone was unlocked and compatible and the cell signal was ten times better than family mobile service. although it would be nice to have unlimited starter service for $25 but since signal is great it might be worth the $35. I will see after 14 days.
