Remocat — Intrusion? Cat it!

Remocat records who tries to unlock your phone using the front camera, invisibly and in the background. Powered by TensorCat, a TensorFlow-based face recognition system, Remocat identifies unknown users by comparing faces against the admin’s embedding — no Device Administrator permission needed, thanks to an Accessibility Service that monitors unlock attempts seamlessly.

How does it work?

Open Remocat and enable the monitoring service. Then close the app and lock your device.

When someone tries to unlock your phone, Remocat uses face recognition to check if it’s the admin or an unknown user.

If the face is unrecognized, the app silently takes a photo and records the attempt.

You can browse all recorded reports inside the app to see who tried to access your device and when.
