2026-06-05	Ke*****	The sound quality is excellent. The app performance is horrible. It gives wrong battery levels, drops out of Bluetooth sync regularly. Fights like hell to re-sync Bluetooth. There are earbuds on the market that give equal sound quality but much less app hassles. I would not purchase this product again.

2026-05-31	Da*****	The Android app worked with my soundbar (Sound Blaster GS5) until March 2026 then the update in April 2026 broke it. It won't connect anymore and I've done the basic troubleshooting. The PC app does the job though. Also, saying to contact technical support is not an acceptable answer. No one will do this. A major company should have testers for this. If the company is cutting back on staff or not bothered about apps & only selling for profits, I will not be purchasing any future products.
