Workpool

Workpool brings your team's email, projects, chat, and AI assistance into one connected workspace — so nothing important gets lost between five different apps.

EMAIL, ACTUALLY MANAGEABLE
• A unified inbox with AI-powered triage that separates what needs your attention from what doesn't
• AI drafting — professionalize, shorten, expand, or fix grammar in one tap, plus subject-line suggestions
• Turn any email into a task automatically, with AI extracting every action item, not just the first one
• Star, snooze, and organize without leaving your inbox
• Save and reuse templates with smart variables

PROJECTS THAT KEEP MOVING
• Kanban boards with subtasks, dependencies, and time tracking
• Portfolios to see progress across related projects at a glance
• Save any project as a template and spin up new ones in one click
• Public forms that turn a client's submission straight into a task
• A real-time workload view, so you know who's overloaded before they tell you

TEAM CHAT, BUILT IN
• Channels and direct messages, threaded replies, reactions, and pinned messages
• Every project gets its own channel automatically — no manual setup

AI THAT ACTUALLY HELPS
• Bring your own API key for Claude, GPT, or your provider of choice — your workspace, your model
• A daily briefing that surfaces what actually needs your attention today
• Ask questions about your team's internal wiki and get cited answers back
• Project health summaries that catch at-risk work before it's late

EVERYTHING ELSE A TEAM NEEDS
• Shared calendar with scheduling assistance
• A built-in CRM for contacts and companies
• A real internal wiki with version history
• Central file storage with comments and version history
• Automations for repetitive workflows
• Real push notifications for tasks, mentions, and new mail
• Sign in with email, Google, or Apple

Workpool is built for small teams and studios who are tired of paying for — and switching between — five different tools to get one day of work done.
