User Reviews

Users appreciate Cradlepoint NetCloud Manager's strong customer service and find the app useful for quick device status checks. However, many reviews highlight missing core features such as group management, remote login, configuration editing, and OS upgrades. While updates have improved the app somewhat, it still lacks comprehensive management tools expected for enterprise use, limiting its practicality. Improving UI elements like incorporating asset identifiers would enhance usability.

Pros

Excellent customer service, easy to reach out when needed.
App is useful for quick verification of device status without using a PC.
Updates have improved app usability.
Good platform overall.

Cons

Lacks critical management functionalities like group creation and bulk configuration changes.
Cannot remotely login, edit configurations, or upgrade devices via the app.
Limited device information and management features compared to the full NetCloud service.
User interface could be improved with more helpful identifiers instead of just device numbers.

Not too useful if you can't manage groups from the app. All of the routers just get thrown into one giant view. If I want to apply a change to a group of routers, the app is useless for that. Seems counterintuitive since netcloud revolves around enterprise management....
