Nothing but problems with the app. Constantly closing on me, cameras take too long to bring up on the screen. Everything is updated and yet the system tells me to update the app.....the old cove system might actually have been faster with smoother operations...and to get a $2 price increase for something that is not working properly is very disappointing

The app has so many issues to being slow, changes not saving and bugs while trying to edit preferences and settings. it's also slow and changes made thru the app at times dont reflect on the system. Edit (Jan 2025): the app has actually gotten worse as time had progressed, the constant disconnects and bad communication with the system to app is terrible. A security system is supposed to give peace of mind but instead I worry about my equipment and service working more then actual incidents.
