2025-01-29	Vi*****	Nothing but problems with the app. Constantly closing on me, cameras take too long to bring up on the screen. Everything is updated and yet the system tells me to update the app.....the old cove system might actually have been faster with smoother operations...and to get a $2 price increase for something that is not working properly is very disappointing

2025-01-23	mi*****	Every time I try to change the settings on my doorbell camera the app shuts down. Needs to be fixed.1-15-2025 new update same problem. If you try to change the settings on the doorbell camera the app shuts down. Still not working!!! 1-17-2025 another update today. I can now play the saved video on my doorbell camera. If I try to open settings on doorbell the app will crash. The camera are loading faster.

2025-01-21	Jo*****	Cameras will not playback recorded video in the app. App has crashed numerous times while trying to view cameras. My 3 calls to tech support, all of which took about 20 minutes to speak to someone, resulted in them telling me they don't know why the cameras don't work properly on the app and there is no planned update to resolve it. They recommended I use the camera manufacturer's app instead. I would not recommend this company.

The setup of Replaying camera alerts is child like at best and is a headache to scrill through. Replay crashes while viewing. cameras alert movement way after the fact, very delayed. 2025-01-17	Br*****	The app is pretty terrible. It takes so long to pull up video stream, it won't replay events and I have to reselect my cameras every single day in order to view them on the landing page. Additionally, one of my cameras I can't even see in the app, though it comes right up for my husband. It only gets 2 stars because the notifications actually do work.

2025-01-15	Vi*****	The "Silence trouble beeps" option is completely missing. I do like this alarm system, but the constant "loss of supervision" I get is infuriating. Nearly everyday a window or door gives a repeated "loss of supervision" alert which goes off every 60 seconds. The iPhone app has an option to silence it, but the android app the feature is missing. I am very close to just canceling my subscription all together if the constant loss of supervision error is not fixed soon.

The only reason I did not give the system a 5 star rating is because when you are away from home, it takes a few minutes to connect to the cameras. We have difficulty seeing who is at the door when the bell rings. One of my Windows sensors stopped working after only 6 months, and I had to change the batteries in it. Other than those two things, we really like our system.

2025-01-11	Jo*****	App never works, never logins in, always kicks me out. Very buggy and unstable app...for over one year now. Please fix the app to make it work. Have tried clearing cache, force stopping, and re installing multiple times. Nothing works.

Panel failure, automations not running, constant app issues/cameras just stop connecting randomly, and the latest...all the sudden couldn't login to my account. Customer service didn't know why, so they created a new account. That was the last straw. Used them for nearly two years and finally had enough. If an unreliable security system is what you want, Cove is for you!
