I have to open the Google authenticator app, memorize the code and run for dear life to choose the option of using the code and input it. it used to work well, but this behavior showed up maybe 6 months ago and it never went away. I rarely use the mobile app because of it

2024-07-17	Ma*****	Terrible experience with Coverflex! After leaving a company that used their service for meal cards, I found out that I cannot transfer my remaining funds to my bank account. Instead, I am forced to spend them within 180 days. This policy is extremely inconvenient and unfair to users who have earned these benefits. Coverflex needs to rethink their policies to better serve their users. Highly disappointed and would not recommend this service simply because you have no control over your own money.

2024-06-01	Lu*****	I'm actually impressed at how bad this is.. How is it possible that in 2024 I cannot do a simple login in a meal card app is beyond me.. Login gets stuck and the cherry on top.. when I try to use the browser version on android, it keeps pushing me to install the app and also gets suck.. Ffs I just want to use a pin and see how much money do I have, it shouldn't be rocket science.. also.. we need integration with mbway (no it's not the same as google pay). Just look at a competitor's app nd copy
