Cortex Monitor works with your on board Cortex M1 device to monitor both the built-in Cortex sensors and other sensors on your boat that you connect to your Cortex Hub.

- Setup is easy and free
- Use the Cortex Hub’s built-in sensors for battery level, barometric pressure and boat position.
- Connect your Cortex Hub to NMEA 2000, or an external sensor, to add monitoring for wind, depth, bilge high water, temperature, shore power or security.
- Unlock your Cortex Hub to receive real-time sensor information, alerts and remotely control key circuits like air conditioning, lights or refrigeration.
- Once you’ve unlocked your Cortex Hub you can also track your vessel, set geo-fence alarms and use our Award Winning AnchorWatch to know your boat is safe at anchor.

It does none of the things I purchased the Cortex and monitoring for: 1) Get notified if my anchor drags while ashore 2) Get notified if my high water alarms go off 3) Check tank levels. This application asks for no notification permissions on Android and does not alarm or alert anything. You have to open the application to check if there's an issue. The unit also resets itself daily, randomly, unmuting itself, and waking me in the middle of the night. Support doesn't care.

App is buggy and Support is not familiar enough with their product. Disappointing for $150+/yr. Critical missing features: - Notifications / alarms on your system notifications panel, so they work even when the app isn't in the foreground. I bought the Cortex to tell me if my boat is sinking, and it doesn't deliver on that marketing promise. - Ability to pinch zoom and pan on line charts, or otherwise change the scale. You can view history. - More, but I'm out of characters on this review.
