2025-01-23	Ja*****	It does none of the things I purchased the Cortex and monitoring for: 1) Get notified if my anchor drags while ashore 2) Get notified if my high water alarms go off 3) Check tank levels. This application asks for no notification permissions on Android and does not alarm or alert anything. You have to open the application to check if there's an issue. The unit also resets itself daily, randomly, unmuting itself, and waking me in the middle of the night. Support doesn't care.

Critical missing features: - Notifications / alarms on your system notifications panel, so they work even when the app isn't in the foreground. I bought the Cortex to tell me if my boat is sinking, and it doesn't deliver on that marketing promise. - Ability to pinch zoom and pan on line charts, or otherwise change the scale. 2023-07-24	An*****	I was force-logged-out, and now the app crashes immediately when trying to sign into a Google account. Additionally, I have been removed as owner from my own vessel, resulting in needing to go to the boat and rescan the qr, after reinstalling the application. This completely defeats the point of a monitoring system - it works less often than it doesn't. Additionally, when it is working the app shows that I have a 'lite' monitoring subscription, despite having paid for a year only 4 months ago.
