View user complaints and respond quickly.
Upload attachments using camera, gallery, or file picker.
Download ticket-related files directly in-app.
Receive ticket update notifications.
Cotiks is built for speed, reliability, and day-to-day support workflows, with session persistence, smooth navigation, pull-to-refresh, and offline/retry handling.
