Posture Check: Spine Analyzer

The longer you study with your head down or stare at a phone, the more your neck, shoulders and spine give way. The hard part is noticing it. In front of a mirror you straighten up without thinking.

Posture Check turns your current posture into numbers using two photos. Take one from the front and one from the side, and a report appears in about five seconds.


■ How it works

1. Prop your phone up so your whole body fits in frame
2. Face the camera and line up with the silhouette guide
3. Turn to your right and take a second photo from the side

The shot fires automatically when the countdown ends, so you can do it alone. Front and rear cameras both work.


■ Five posture metrics

Forward head: measures the vertical alignment angle between ear and shoulder
Shoulder balance: calculates the height difference between your shoulders
Pelvic tilt: checks the height difference between left and right hips
Spine alignment: looks at how far shoulders, hips and ankles deviate from a centre line
Knee angle: measures the joint angle formed by hip, knee and ankle

Every metric comes with a grade from A to D, an explanation of why you scored that way, and practical tips.


■ Your photos never leave the phone

All AI analysis runs inside your device. Photos are never uploaded and never stored. Once the analysis finishes, only coordinate values remain and the original image is gone. No account, no sign in.


■ Track how you change

Each measurement records an overall score and an estimated spine age. Open past results from your history to see how your posture is shifting over time.


■ A daily nudge

Set a reminder for any time of day and the app will prompt you for a single posture check. Light and dark themes are both supported.
