Recent reviews

Before the pandemic I was using this app to notify them of bad sidewalks and bad handicaps approaches for the disabled around my neighborhood. I was amazed at how quickly they addressed each item.

Fairly straightforward to enter issues. Staff listens and city issues (like graffiti, trash, and irrigation) consistently get fixed. Road complaints are listened to (they've called me to clarify) but are not always fixed. The app can't be blamed for that. At one point the app stopped working for me, but a bit later started working again. It appears the developer is doing reasonably keeping up with issues.
