The Con Edison Android app is easy to use and good for viewing and paying bills, but persistent issues with login/biometrics, slow performance, and data problems, along with weak support, hinder its reliability.

Pros

Easy to use / intuitive interface.
Ability to view and pay bills online with history.
Timely access to billing information before the paper bill arrives.

Cons

Recurring login issues and password reset loops, including difficulty signing in.
Biometric/fingerprint login repeatedly broken after updates.
Performance problems like slow launches, freezes, or failing to load after updates.
Data issues such as incorrect payment information and password-manager incompatibility.
Lack of effective support or direct contact for app problems (canned replies).

why no response when obtaining a senior citizen discount, disability, while living in senior citizen disability housing?? I've been sweltering in my apt. for. 5yrs. applied every year for a air conditioning system and I never received a response from Con Edison. Bills are so much higher and helping to kill me and I applied every year. I can't afford to buy one yet it's advertised!! ? I'm unable,..why me? every year? since then I've been diagnosed with Cancer and it'l harder to breathe in here.
