It was ok now it's not, doesn't show any of the current or targets. Won't connect to scales, have to set up Bluetooth connection everytime. Very poor app and it hasn't been updated since July 2024 shows that they are not interested in maintaining it anymore

The log in procedure doesn't work. Reset password and select your user name!!! Where? A total waste of time and money. My scales have been out of use for months. I finally got a message saying that the new update would fix any problems, but no. I still can't recover my username. I can reset my password, but my username remains a mystery that conair seem to want to keep from me. Terrible app and appalling customer service. Get in the bin! Conair? Con definitely.
