Just got a new Google pixel and transferred all data and apps from old phone. I was required to log in again on my new phone with my previous credentials used and none of the old data is showing up, hopeless. If I've signed in with my credentials then what does it matter which phone I'm using? Extremely disappointed to have lost all my previous info from the last couple of years. Is there any point in me even using this anymore? May as well pull out a pen and paper, more reliable.

Please don't waste your money The scales are average, but the App is completely useless. Without the app the scales are useless, it syncs 1 out of 10 attempts, been fobbed off by support. Buy another product please.
