Latest updates broke video call. The note settings doesn't work well either. Lots of little issues that I'm surprised they haven't fixed considering how basic the tech is. App got really worse the past few updates. Keeps asking to accept the terms and then bugging out. Really feels like everything has been a downgrade over and over with these updates.

If your loved one lives close to you I would 100% recommend. Otherwise to troubleshoot or update you have to have the memory phone in hand along with your phone. CS is very helpful. Mint mobile is what I have as the carrier and is very affordable and reliable. Since my mom is so far away we can stay connected by phone now. She doesn't feel as lonely or as far away with the Razz phone. Her eyesight and hearing are very poor but is able to use this phone pretty easily.
