2024-11-26	Me*****	They should change their name to Careless Oregon. When I needed am eye exam and new glasses I was having trouble finding a place that accepts Care Oregon advantage plus, so I called customer service and was told they didn't have a list for that and I would just have to find one myself. I did and then Careless refused to cover everything that they used to. When I complained about another problem they listened and then rewrote the scenario differently and said it was my fault. Repeated it today.
