Colab CRM

Colab CRM brings your company's customer service to your phone: WhatsApp Business, Instagram Direct, and Messenger conversations all converge in a single inbox, and each contact moves through your sales flows without leaving the app.

Designed for teams that sell and provide customer service via chat and need to respond quickly even when they're not at their computers.

ONE INBOX
• All your connected channel chats are listed in one place, with unread messages and the channel for each conversation clearly displayed.

• Respond with text, photos, documents, and voice notes.

• Receive instant notifications for new messages.

SALES FLOWS
• Organize your contacts by stage on a dashboard and move them along as they progress.

• Postpone a conversation to resume it at the right time.

CONTACT DIRECTORY
• Search and view your contacts, including their channel, stage, and history.

SALES
• Record sales directly from the conversation and review your daily revenue.

CALENDAR
• Keep your appointments and reminders handy in month and day views.

ANALYTICS
• Track your team's key performance indicators: conversations, response times, and sales per period.

COLAB BOT
• Activate or pause the automated assistant that responds to your customers while your team is unavailable.

TEAM ROLES
• Each member sees what corresponds to their role in the workspace.

IMPORTANT
