I haven't opened my account in a while, so I had to resubmit all new information to include new pictures about a month ago, and I'm still being verified. I can't get in my account, so I use the forgot password, and when I do, the app freezes every time. I am convinced that these people do not want me to have access to my account because I want my money out to close my account. I would give this app a zero star if it had one. stay away from this app!
